Massage was only 40 minutes, when I asked the masseuse about the time she said it was 50 minutes. I timed the massage I know exactly how long it was. I felt like she just dismissed my concern.

I recommend that front desk should call customer first before taking out two payments at same time or call to make sure they have correct card on file

I wish the staff didn't change so frequently.

Josh is easily the best masseuse I have ever had. He got it out my knots and still made it relaxing and enjoyable. He deserves a raise. I have already referred him to my friends.

Therapist talked too much in the beginning.

She was very nice and knowledgeable and gives a very good massage. However, she talked way too much and I should have said something to her initially.

Historically I have always had excellent experiences here. Unfortunately, my preferred therapist was out of town and the therapist recommended to me instead was not a good fit. I’m not sure if she was a newer therapist, but I didn’t feel like she was very knowledgeable, and she didn’t listen to my feedback. Overall I only got about 30-35 minutes hands-on for my 50 minute massage. I also paid for aromatherapy and she only used the essential oil for about 3 seconds at the start. I will be returning to this location, but will be sure to book with a different therapist.

I was really having problems with my middle, lower back and I needed more time spent on that specific area. I also asked that my head and face not be touched. They were. I get that a masseuse has a personal favorite program they like to follow but being good at your trade means you are adaptable to a client’s needs/wishes.
