The check in area is a little more like a store front than relaxing. There’s a huge display in the middle of the store. Lots of natural light, but a little sterile feeling.

I enjoy coming to this Hand and Stone but I preferred the one I went to in another state a little better. While I had a great therapist this time, in the past some of the massage therapists haven't been as thorough.

It was easy to make an appt and was on time. Asked me questions about my skin. The price was very fair.

This is only my second visit to a spa and the first time was out of state. I was satisfied, but since I don't have a lot of experience to compare it to, I did give the highest score possible. I have no complaints.

Need more availability for weekend appts. Also, when therapists leave, appts are canceled last minute and often time no availability for replacement appt. I have to schedule appts weeks in advance as it is, so it is frustrating when it is canceled and have to wait week for another. Of note, Laura (new massage therapist) is amazing!! Please keep her around!!

I feel that the price is a little bit expensive, though it is enjoyable.

Reception area felt noisy, lack of transition space from reception to massage room, not offered water or tea upon waiting for massage

The price I was quoted online when I booked the appointment ( 69)did not match the price of the service (109) when I arrived. Luckily a special was taking place and the people in reception were helpful in obtaining the original price i was quoted using the special.

I had no issues. Great therapist!
