April did a great job addressing the areas I was having issues with. I will use her again for sure. However, I came again 12/23 and Tracy did my massage. It seemed like she was limited on her knowledge of different techniques as she constantly did the same ones and she did not focus on the area I asked for. For my 12/23 appointment I am highly dissatisfied. I don't wish to cost anyone their job but to improve.

I have visited this spa 4 times and each time I am greeted with a friendly receptionist, a glass of water and kind words. My therapist Alexis is very welcoming and has helped to alleviate many issues in my back. The therapy room smells and feels relaxing. It has been a wonderful experience.

I look forward to my monthly massage . They were able to reschedule my appointment with no problems. I am happy to recommend them.

Jessica is great with the hot stones. She was able to help my shoulders and neck issues. She also spent plenty of time on other areas

The entire staff from the receptionist to the therapist was extremely friendly and personable. They smiled and took the time to explain everything to me. Step-by-step. the therapist was very engaging throughout our session and very knowledgeable about her craft periover. All the entire setting was lovely comma everything was clean and well organized. The location was very easy to get to, and had ample parking.

Availability of appointment on day and time I wanted. Estetician was respectful. Front office staff very accommodating and friendly.

Registering, scheduling and the onsite experience was very good. Therapist did a good job. The facility seemed very clean and new.

My therapist was very friendly. She asked me questions about my specific needs for the therapy experience. She brought me water at the end of the session.
