Hand and Stone

I was given a laser treatment (light treatment). I did not mind having the treatment but when I checked out, it was a $40 extra charge. I would like to have been given a choice. You need to inform clients of this!!!

I added additional things on like scalp treatment and hot stone. I thought for an additional $ this would be in ADDITION to my 50 minute massage, not taking time away from the massage. I also wanted more focus on one problem area which didnt happen.

Appointment availability

The appointment was fine, nothing exceptional. My biggest problem is the availability of appointments. Takes too long to get in if you are experiencing an issue that needs immediate attention. I have had to end up going other places while still paying my monthly fee here and stacking up packages.

The facial was not as relaxing as I expected… the processes were different than have been used on me prior but the end result was fine so I booked another appointment with a different aesthetician.

Check out experience the rep was having trouble locating my membership and processing payment. She said I didn’t have an active membership which would be concerning (if that’s true)

It was more of a meditation massage then a deep tissue massage that I was hope for. My neck & arms were not massaged or my lower back & I had asked for those focal points to be addressed

The receptionist Hazel was very negative and not helpful in trying to use the packages I had available to pay for service. In addition she building me an additional $10 after she told me to upgrade for service was $80. I have many packages remaining but always have to pay additional fees. I was visiting the Wilmington store for the second time and it will probably be my last. My regular spa is in Winston Salem. They are more accommodating.

I'm big on time so my appointment starting late wasn't a good start. The reception and waiting area was small. It would have been a if they were separate rooms.
