Massages I have received in the past concentrate on area that I specifically note at the beginning of the visit and this one did not. There was no time spent on the lower back and neck as requested.

Maria was amazing!

I don’t think I got the full experience due to a neck injury I had the day before the appointment. I didn’t want to reschedule because the availability was probably booked far out and it’s been tough to pick a good day due to my work schedule. I couldn’t enjoy the massage like I wanted to because my injury. I will have try again to give a more accurate review.

It was fine but not exceptional. I was happy with service given. Esthetician was fine.

I believe I should have been told about the upcharges for my facial. Do not offer something and then let the client be surprised at the register.

I would like for my massage therapist to not talk as much during my session. She is a great conversationalist, but I'm not the biggest fan of talking during the service

I booked my appointment online on Monday. Confirmed it via text alerts on Wednesday. Called Friday afternoon to confirm the appointment and was successful. Arrived for said appointment Friday evening to be told my appointment was cancelled and they booked someone else in my time slot. The front desk receptionist mentioned I must not have booked it correctly on the website. I told her I had received confirmation three times via email, text and phone call. She still suggested I may have canceled it. I was very upset. However, Michelle is a phenomenal esthetician and she is the reason I did not cancel my membership. If she leaves, I may cancel due to multiple issues I have encountered at this spa thus far.

My appointment was scheduled for 11AM. I was called back at 11:10AM so massage likely stard ted 11:15AM. I was out in the waiting room fully dressed by 11:50AM. A bit disappointed that I did not receive a full 50 minutes.

1. Massage therapist spoke too much about her personal life 2. The linens were not clean 3. Massage therapists have a high turnover rate and received a new therapist at every visit
