The sheets were stiff and scratchy which took away from the luxury experience. I don't appreciate the high pressure sales to purchase a membership and the struggle the receptionist always has applying gift cards correctly.

I was checked in promptly, but then waited for 20 minutes past appointment. As all other customers were escorted in for their service, I was the only customer waiting. As I was about to go inquire with reception, she noticed I was still sitting there. Then, she went in the back to get the therapist. Therapist apologized but no explanation offered. As for health and safety, the therapist had a mask on but kept it below her nose. Reception attendants were wearing masks that covered their nose and mouth.

Upon arrival of my 1:00 appointment the receptionist told me my therapist would only work on me if I was masked and vaccinated. I was able to switch therapists, I’m very thankful for that, and I tipped accordingly. Although she is a great therapist, my massage started at 1:20 and ended at 1:55. I gifted 2 massages at 2:00 to come in after me so rescheduling would have been unfortunate.

I was highly satisfied with my visit. My only comment is that i wish i could get a longer massage, a full 60 minutes rather than 55 and a full 90 rather than 80.

My massage therapist appeared to be sick. She was coughing a lot and sniffing and had a lot of drainage that made me a bit uncomfortable. It was also distracting during the massage and all I could think about was “I hope I don’t get sick from her…” She was wearing a mask but I don’t believe she should have been able to perform on me with how she was feeling.

I had been given an operator I was not familiar with nor her with my situations. This was not the women I had originally had an appointment. I was never notified if the change.

I enjoyed my facial that I got and I enjoyed the dermafusion but there was a lot of noise going on in the room like the esthetician wasn't prepared having her product out or her materials out a lot of water running lot of movement in the trash cans a lot of movement in the chairs

I didn't want to hear about additives while I'm trying to relax. They could be mentioned during check-in instead. The massage felt great at the time, but it didn't seem to really help. My muscles seem more tense now.
