My massage therapist, Tom, is outstanding. He was sensitive to my needs after having surgery. After discussing my surgery, he was very attentive to the areas I asked to be focused on and was very focused on my comfort level. There are not enough good things I can say about his professionalism and kindness.

Felt like it was the end of the night and the massage didn’t last a full hour

The appointment started 10 minutes late and I was not given a whole 50 minutes as it ended 10 minutes early, so I paid full price for a 1/2 hour facial.

The staff is too young and inexperienced. I have found this to be so for the last 6 months. First impressions are lasting. I would like to see older more mature receptionists greeting and checking out clients

Love my massage therapist, Rachel - she is one of the best! It is hard to book an appointment with limited availability. Sign of the times, I know. Also - I come in from Leland and although I have been a member since 2018, I may have to discontinue for many reasons.

Massage therapist did not spend a lot of time on problem area mentioned at the beginning of the visit. Also did not apply a lot of pressure to help relieve tension and pain.

I was satisfied with my services at hand and stone spa. My facial was top quality and my esthetician was thorough in explaining the products she was using on me.

Massage never touched hands or feet. But work on my back was excellent. Checking out was confusing. Paid for 2 services each for 2 people but did not get itemized bill and no receipt at all.

This was the first time my therapist came to the reception area almost ten minutes after my appointment time. When I arrived no one was in the reception area at all. Everyone that checked on after me was gone before my therapist arrived. I was about to check with reception when they arrived from the back.

Trying to find the best therapist for my needs. Wound like to find one that uses a little more pressure during the massage but my therapist was very friendly and accommodating.
