I have been getting facials for 20 years. Service is spotty here. I really received better quality facials from students at schools. For the money, I may not continue my membership.

Being satisfied is my high praise. I am very pleased with my visit.

I wish the esthetician would have gone over cost of the upgrades she up-sold me on.

The massage therapist didn’t do much except smear lotion all over. The estetition did a remarkable job

Appointment was late (8 min after 2pm before I was called back) and no one said anything about it and then it ended less than the 60 min time as well (exactly 3pm). Massage didn’t start until 215, so I was shorted.

The provider was excellent but I was only treated for 50 minutes. I specifically asked if this was a 1hr treatment

I used to go to another hand and stone location when I lived in Texas and I almost always had a great masseuse there. The ones here do not seem very experienced and they don't take their time while performing the service. They use a lot of quick motions instead of creating a more relaxed experience.

It has been difficult to obtain appointments that fit with my schedule. The massage therapist that I have been working with for the last 2 years left in the Spring. I have not been able to find a massage therapist whose hours of availability coincide with mine. though my most recent massage was fine, it did not meet my full expectationns.

Appointment was not on time. Therapist was confused as to who I was, she was not ready for me. Therapist did not communicate clearly, as I was a first time client.

When I got there the receptionist was busy with other people and I had to wait longer than I thought was necessary. And the massage therapist came out after the appointed time.
