Hand and Stone

Very expensive for services provided. I have been to spas where the level of service and experience is greatly elevated for the same amount of money. My service provider seemed knowledgeable so nothing against her professionalism and level of experience. I liked her a lot! Hand & Stone seems to be charging 5 Star prices but not providing that level of product and experience. NOW, I will say...I have not been to a spa since Covid, so I do not know what prices are these days. I received a gift card to Hand & Stone. I have not yet been back to The Umstead but do have a gift card I plan to use there soon. Thank you!

I was highly satisfied with my massage therapist she relieved alot of my neck and shoulder pain. The room was very relaxing and clean. The service was great. I highly recommend others to attend Hand and Stone for a massage.

Massage pressure was just OK, but strayed away from focus areas.

It was really expensive. I know it is all about selling packages but if you want to just go in for a facial too wxpensive

The receptionist was really aggressive about trying to sign me up for a plan. I told her several times I was not interested at the moment and she would not stop about it. Very annoying.

Overall I was satisfied which my answers reflect.

Running a little late, about 5-10 minutes. Massage therapist needed to cut her fingernails.

Normally with a facial you will get a neck, hand and foot massage. This did not happen. She stated she would show me some masks just brought me to the door handed me water and said goodbye. She was very kind though.
