It did not occur to me to ask if the therapist had received the COVID vaccine. The person had not, and I was very uncomfortable. I am told that corporate policy is to have everyone wear a mask, but disclosing whether a person has been vaccinated is not available information. I am reconsidering my membership now.

Foot issue was noted but not addressed during massage

Very difficult to get an appointment with same gal. She’s booked out 6 weeks and that when making an appt well in advance. It seems that the location doesn’t have enough massage therapists for the volume of members. Even when I booked next appt at current appt the only times available 6 weeks in advance are 8 and 9 pm. My therapist is wonderful. Front desk seems to think waiting 6 weeks for a massage is just the way it is.

They did not give me a receipt for the product that I purchased. Also I had been given info when I booked the appt Ihe receptionist asked her co-worker to help her with a receipt but the co-worker had not paper in her machine. They said they would e-mail. Me. Receipt but I never received one. This made me feel very un-important

I thought everything was great. Everyone was super nice and courteous.

This was a gift certificate that I used. The therapist was very good and I have no complaints , but I have a regular therapist and will return to her at another facility.

When I tried to book the appointment online, it did not confirm it. When I called to ask, Emma was nice, but slow and not very informed on how the online booking worked. When I got there, I learned that Dominque had discovered a problem, and corrected it. I have found Dominique to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Emma not so much.

I wanted the same massage therapist I had last time and the girl up front recommended this other girl. Said she was better. She was no way better so I felt I wasted my gift card. I should have waited on the girl I wanted.

Wasn’t enough pressure applied and felt I was getting rubbed more so than massaged. She was very sweet and small though. Everybody has different strengths. Worked areas I asked and turned on fan when I asked. I was just hoping for more pressure. Maybe I should’ve asked for deep tissue instead of hot stone! Everyone was super nice though!

The sound and selection of the CD was too loud. The oils smelled very strong, and I had to immediately go home and shower. I felt like the massage therapist was aggravated with me.
