It was a good massage just wasn’t a life altering experience. It was a good massage that helped my target areas.

It feels somewhat rushed. Never seem to get your full 50 minutes for the massage. Hard to find a good fit with a therapist that provides a personalized massage.

Disappointed to see that there were not any temperature checks upon entering, no screening questions. Facial felt rushed towards the end to get me to my massage on time.

I was highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience because everyone greeted me, were pleasant, and efficient. The venue was neat and relaxing.

Toner used in facial irritated my skin. It took a while and several tries to get it to stop burning. I do not generally have sensitive skin.

Receponist was not personable, cold, and unwelcoming. I felt rushed and uncomfortable. When I walked away I heard whispering with the other male receponist- very unprofessional. I will not be coming back

The massage was very good overall, however the massage therapist wore an iphone watch that had audible ding alerts going off during the appointment. Made it a little difficult to relax mentally and felt like a small distraction, especially when massaging my head and neck area.

I bought a membership a month ago which means I was eligible for a facial this month. When I got to the counter to pay after my facial the receptionist said I didn’t have a package available, even though I was told the package can be advanced for the month. She couldn’t explain it to me and honestly was clueless. I called the day after and spoke to another receptionist who fixed the problem for me and assured me I wouldn’t be double charged for this month. Thankful for her or I would have ended my membership.

Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk. The door to the back was open, but no one was in site. Almost 5 min later 2 girls came to the front with take out coffee. It was as if the were surprised I was standing there.

I arrived early for my massage, then got back in the room about 10 min after my appt then she only did a 30 minute massage, which should have been a 50 minute.
