Hand and Stone

Was scheduled for an 80 minute with mini-cupping. I was scheduled with a therapist that didn’t provide that service. Though she was wonderful.

Had some problem with quite a bit of redness and burning from the peel this time.

Massage was to be one hour but it was less than 42 minutes

My husband and I were suppose to get a couples massage and we did not....they had us down as individual massages

Nothing overwhelms me- you are really no different then ME and cost more.... I can't split my sessions to pay for the 30 min upgrades, I had to ask for my COVID coupon for free service (instead of this being proactively applied to our accts) and they didn't have the card to give me anyway..... just not well organized, no loyalty demonstrated in any way. Therapist focused on one area entirely too long & left out other areas. Requested full body and legs were almost overlooked. Asked for firm, but didn’t get.

Needed more work on my neck but I did not point that out to my therapist. My bad.🤭

I’m used to the massage being smooth and somewhat slow and relaxing. I wanted medium pressure and I feel like I got very firm. Today I feel like I had a deep tissue massage. Very sore.

There is not a quite relaxing waiting room only a reception area. It is off putting and not relaxing. The building was chilly.

My esthetician when referring products had her mask not covering her nose, which is understandable now and then, but with me not wearing a mask in the procedure (and my eyes were closed so IDK) I was nervous that it had not been properly worn earlier. I don't like to think that my mask was off and her mask was not worn properly. Also, I would have expected the esthetician to have n95 or something more professional.
