Meghan was incredible. The facial was awesome and I really appreciated her telling me what everything is and what it would be doing. However, compared to other spas that offer facials, the price after the into is a bit steep. Add ons being $40 (like microdermabrasion and LED therapy is the main thing that seems way too steep)

Told therapist problem areas. And the first problem area was a problem area. Didn’t have time to work on any other parts of body when I asked them to pace themselves to get to the full body. Was not told that that deep tissue massage was more when booked. Honestly, didn’t feel like deep tissue, was expecting more pressure. It was relaxing and therapist was very friendly and personable.

We come only because we love the massage therapist. Lyndsee is amazing. I have been frustrated by the manager and the front desk staff. They have given me conflicting information about how many gift cards I have left in my account, they overcharged a friend that gifted me a massage, and I have been frustrated by them many times.

This is second time I booked online and there were issues with the appointment. I was told I had a free upgrade after the first mess up but did not receive that on this second visit. All else was great

Music in room was a little loud. Lights were somewhat bright. Instructor was very nice and did a good job. Would recommend a little more gentle when moving the blankets/wedge.

She kept going over the same spot a lot and it started getting sore. She spent more time with my face down on my shoulder blades than any where else. I told her that area was getting sore . It was a o.k. massage. I don't think it was the same lady I had before.

Last year I took advantage of a promotion you offered. Buy one get one. I gave one of the gift certificates to a friend and kept one for myself. after my massage, When I went to check out I was told I owed $40?? After much back-and-forth and giving me an explanation that made absolutely no sense, she finally corrected it. Now I’m concerned when my friend goes to use her gift they will try to charge her as well. I will be very embarrassed and humiliated if That happens. It should be free as I have already paid for it!!
