Though I did not ask I expected to be told about how you are going about keeping the place sanitized. Optional added treatments were not offered.

I had a wonderful experience I did feel a little pressure regarding product sale and membership.

The therapist did a good job of working out the kinks and it was beneficial, but she kept hurting my ears. Seemed unaware she was bending my ears again and again

I was fine with massage. We talked too much during massage which was my fault as much as his. John did a great job.

Very pleased that I was able to get in so quickly! The atmosphere was very soothing and my therapist was very friendly.

I was satisfied with the service received. Coning from out of town, our experience was not our usual hand and stone. I was least satisfied with the size of the room. No place to hang clothing and had to change right next to the door.

My facial was great! She took a great deal of time to care for my skin. However, my massage started 10 mins late and finished 10 mins early so I only received a 30 min massage.

Your website does not let me sign in. Very annoying. I would have liked a bit more attention to my neck as this was a problem area, but overall my therapist was excellent

Receptionist had trouble figuring out how to apply payments and offered to apply 2 payments to this visit resulting in losing $20 which makes no sense and makes me think I should cancel the membership.
