I could have used a little more pressure. The smell of the lotion was weird, not bad, but not good either. Over all it was good, but I will be trying other therapists. She was sweet, but not my usual (which I’m trying to find a replacement for because she left the last office I saw her at).

Your front desk area was congested with immature staff who were only interested in each other. They very much lack customer service skills. There was no mention or hit of safety regarding COVID, I waited for a good 15 minutes seeing several clients come and go with no one wiping down any set face. You need some maturity in your front reception area vs a gathering of children.

I first came I. To buy gift cards and book an appt for myself. Receptionist wasvery friendly and helpful and also was able to me an appt later in the day. When I came back later for my appt the other receptionist was busy talking to another guest, but it was all about family and weekend plans. I felt she should checked me in quickly, then continued her conversation. Tom my therapist was excellent in all aspects and I have already booked my next massage with him. The only other complaint was that the online booking and records system is not working. I was not able to book online or check my point balance.

Massage felt somewhat rushed, ambience did not feel relaxing. At times I actually thought therapist had dozed off or attention was on something else. Even wondered if they were in the room at one time. Did not have a softness when talking, and leg pillow was removed with no warning at all.... just kind of snatched out from underneath my legs.

The pressure could have been stronger but I did not ask for it to be increased either. The room was not as polished as I expected it to be but this was explain to be due to the corona virus. The markers used to fill out the laminated intake form should be fine point. These are all minor things, no big issues.

This was my first visit at this location maybe due to COVID they did not talk or go out their way to make me feel welcome. After a massage I'm use to being offered water or some type of drink and I had to ask. I did join the membership because I do like the brand and see how the next visit goes.

The peppermint scalp treatment could have been better. I felt it was not worth the upgrade. She could have done a better job at massaging it in.
