I could have used a little more pressure but I didn’t communicate this as I just wanted to relax

Appointment time was not met. Then massage time was also shorted.

Therapist had the sniffles and the noise interfered with me being able to relax.

Did not discuss options until I was lying on my back. Did not like this

My issue is not with the aesthetician or the masseuse that I saw today, but instead the availability of appointments. I was tempted to cancel my membership but after today’s visit with Laurel I decided to keep it because she was incredible! With that being said, I do feel that it would be imperative to your business to employ additional masseuse and aestheticians at this location. It is extremely difficult to get appointments unless you call and make it weeks ahead of time. My schedule does not often permit me to do so, therefore I find it a problem getting an appointment a day or two ahead of time.

The massage did not ease my pain. Cannot continue to pay for service that doesn’t give me any relief.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The esthetician did a great job. I really enjoyed the facial and the feedback on my skin. I’m not a huge fan of feeling any pressure to join a membership though. I may not return because of the membership push. The front desk was not overly pushy but the concept of a membership does not even come up at other spas. I would also prefer products with more natural ingredients. I would have been more interested in a buy 3 get 1 free concept like I have seen at other places in town. I may still come back because everything was great but the membership ask and chemical based products are a deterrent. Thanks!

Half way through massage the music stopped.

I found the pricing policy somewhat confusing. I had supposedly lots of points for free services but anything I wanted wasn’t included. Then it was “explained “ that I had to add up 90 minutes of included services to gain the full benefit. I guess I’ll need to go in and have this all explained again. It would be nice if my points could just be applied to any service

Both therapists were experienced and provided a good deep tissue massage and facial, respectively. I would use their services again. I reserve highly satisfied for exceptional experiences.
