Hand and Stone

The massage was great. But I was asked 4 times, 3 in the reception area and once in the room, if I wanted an enhancement. I don’t like being pressured to spend more money. The Hand and Stone where I live never does this. Being annoyed just before my massage is not a good feeling.

My appointment started a few minutes late. I didn't feel like I had the whole hour because my massage was cut short at the beginning and end. I thought the pressure was good and I enjoyed the option to add an essential oil.

The only issue was that the lobby area was freezing cold.

The pressure used wasn’t feeling therapeutic. I requested deep tissue and the touch was too light or stem and elbow used too hard. Prefer thumbs.

I mentioned my feet hurt but she didn’t massage my feet.

I like an overall spa personally equipped with quiet rooms for relaxation after and locker rooms. I would also prefer a choice of oils

The massage therapist was good but I prefer the girl I have been seeing. She was not available when I booked the appointment.

It takes a couple minutes to explain what areas need addressed. We start 10-15 minutes after the hour and end 10 minutes before time. The massage is to be 1 1/2 hrs, but its not. My expectations are not met when I'm giving you 15 minutes plus giving a $20 or $30 tip. I've recommended two people, who joined, but I will not recommend more based on my experience. The massages and cupping have been terrific.

Great massage. Entrance furniture starting to look a little worn.

Felt uncomfortable with the Therapist. Meaning she was a bit overly touchy/feely
