I was upset to hear that the prices have gone up an extra $10.00 especially since I have been a member for 1.5yrs and I come every month for 90mins- now I will have to pay an additional $10.00 just to add half an hour. I don’t want to do that so now I will just get an hr massage even though with my back problems I really need the 1.5hr to get relief from my chronic back problems. I already thought it was expensive and now I really can’t see a reason to continue my membership at this rate. I love the therapists and staff but for the price I can’t see staying any longer.

I am extremely sore the next day. Pressure was too much. Did not Provide the relief I was expecting

Therapists I’ve had talk too much. Also never spend a full 60 minutes which I feel I pay for.

The add ins were not worth the cost and in many ways took away from the massage...cut the massage short, felt rushed

My face felt dry the next morning. For the massage, I requested extra treatment on my right shoulder, but did not get it. But overall I enjoyed both visits

Upgraded to lavender aromatherapy, couldn't detect any lavender aroma. I though my appointment was for 2 his, lasted 1 hour 20 minutes for the tranquility package.

I do not appreciate the hard sell for monthly services at Hand and Stone. The peaceful feeling generated by a massage or facial is ruined by the hard sell for future services when checking out.

The massage therapist was very herky-jerky in her movements. No long relaxing strokes. Did not seem there was a method to how she approached the massage. Seems like she was hurried. Not sure if this was jut her style or what, but I was less than relaxed. It was not relaxing or comfortable at all. Bless her heart, she was very nice, but this is not her gift.

The service was very good but not over the top. I am usually a little intimidated in salon settings as it is not a routine service that I can afford on a regular basis. Everyone was very pleasant and I wish I could go more often.

Would have liked to know up front the types of facials, benefits and costs. After the Estitician evaluated my skin, she could have recommended the specific facial not just the classical. She listed so many "extra" treatments at once, it was confusing.
