Hand and Stone

My experience was mixed. The massage was good. While the facial itself was good, there was too much focus on upselling services/products. Bikini wax was one of the worst I've had: the aesthetician was not experienced with the wax application and the end result was sloppy.

I PAID FOR A 60 MINUTE MASSAGE. i GOT 52-55 MINUTES. MY LOCAL THERAPIST GIVES ME 70-80 MINUTES FOR A 60 MINUTE

I treated myself and my date to massages after a weekend of camping. Her appointment started on time and I was still in the waiting room another 5 minutes. I went back for my massage and was done 5 minutes before she was. My therapist had great technique and pressure but I feel I got shorted on time and then got bait and switch on pricing of the massage because I tried to pay when I booked the massage at the rate shown and was then manipulated into a membership to have the better rate. I will give it another try due to the membership but will not hesitate to cancel if I don't feel I get the value and time for membership costs.

I don’t have anything to bring up that I wasn’t satisfied with. Everything met my expectations and no issues arose.

The membership price is good for a full hour but not for 50 mins. The 1st massage wasn't good, the 2nd was better but still not worth the money.

It met but did not exceed my expectations! Was disappointed my massage did not include a scalp massage .

The feet were done extremely well. However my back is still stiff and I cannot raise my left hand straight.

I really enjoyed my time at Hand and Stone. My therapist listened to my needs and satisfactorily addressed them. I felt relaxed when my massage was over. However, there is always room for improvement.

This was my first facial. I received a detox facial to target my acne prone skin. I went in with a few small pimples and left with a bright red face and bumps all over my face. I’m trusting this is part of the process of getting clearer skin, but was not expecting so many pimples to pop up after the facial.
