I felt I was cut a little short on the length of appointment. Then at check out they could not figure out how to cash out my gift card so it took a while

I'd like to clarify the receptionist I was not satisfied w was when I scheduled appointment. I was there on a gift card but the price per month is high w no senior discount.

Receptionist was not available when I entered. She did not know what was in the “signature coconut water,” which I wanted to purchase though the product was not in stock. There was no music playing in the room, which later turned on half way through my massage; blaring loudly. Room was cold and the bed heater did not turn on when my therapist tried to switch it on. Receptionist informed me after my treatment my membership accumulated treatments were expired, when in fact, they were not as I confirmed this when I booked over the phone. My therapist was fantastic, the best I’ve had at this location.

It is pricey for a facial. 100.00 just can’t go that often. It did get the trial offer of $54.00

I need a more relaxed and private atmosphere where I’m waiting and I feel the oils with your membership should come with the customers choice of sent

It would be nice if the website worked, so that I could book appointments online (I try to book online, but an "error" message always pops up) and view my points, etc. Also, my last 2 massages have ended exactly 80 minutes from the appointment time - regardless if the massage started after the time of the appointment - for instance, usually you go back to the room at the appointment time, then have to undress, etc. before the massage begins...therefore, it is often 5 or 10 minutes after the appointment time when the actual massage begins, so they are turning into really 70 minute massages, not 80 minutes. That makes the cost/value less - especially when most other places in town do a full 90 minute massage.

It was a very relaxing experience from the point I got there. The waiting room and massage rooms were both very calming. The masseuse made me feel very relaxed.

As a member, lack of communication prior to monthly billing; lack of communication about rewards status; online booking site does not work; lack of monthly statements. Overall, I feel that I'm in the dark regarding my membership. When I asked to put my membership on hold for a few months in the summer, I was billed anyway and had to make a number of calls to get things worked out. Frustrating membership model.
