Hand and Stone

I enjoyed my visit, however I did not like changing of the rooms. After I received my facial I was so relaxed. I recently had surgery & was on crutches & everyone assisted me. However, I was so content & having to get up & move to another room changed my relax mood. During the massage hands & feet I felt were dismissed, although the esthetician did message my hands. It felt very robotic. No one offered to explain what products were to be used & their essentials of what I may need, therefore, I did not purchase any products.

Reception area not picked up and felt too much traffic through there. Receptionist not present on arrival. Took a long time to check out. Massage by Jaime was top shelf.

Everything was good.

I don’t think the massage quite met my needs. My therapist did recommend another technician who may be a better fit in the future.

The website stated an introductory offer for a massage. I was charged an extra $10.00 because I booked a deep tissue massage. The standard rate for a massage is extremely high without becoming a member. Felt a little pressured to join, and only joined because the therapist exceeded my expectations.

I have been getting massages for 20+ years now. Amanda seemed knowledgeable, but new to doing massages. Overall, it was nice, but I’m glad I had the introductory price for what I received. I assumed the extra head massage would be in addition to my hour massage, but I did not ask for clarification. It is a beautiful space and very clean. The receptionist was very sweet and knowledgeable.

Had several issues trying to make an appointment this was actually the second time I had to try and make an appointment after the website head out loud me to make an appointment and then told me I didn't have one when I got there. Once there every little extra was an upcharge not what I've experienced at other spas the technician was Nice but I've never been physically in pain the day after a facial.

I was satisfied. I only thought it was a little odd that I didn't stand at the counter to do all of the paperwork. I also didn't know if I was going to have to pay for the coconut water or not, they should say it is complimentary.

Therapist did not use enough pressure. I did the hot stone massage and i felt the stones were not used much throughout the massage. I also felt like my therapist did not control my arms and after she was done massaging them she just let them go and they would flop down.

Did not give enough attention to my problem area.
