It took forever to check out. Someone else was in front of me. I do not like sales and they were trying to sell me products and to become a member- way too pushy. I just wanted a massage and to be done.

My massage started later than scheduled. Which happens from time to time, I understand. My therapist apologized for the wait which I appreciated. Maybe they should give the therapist a little more time between clients so they aren't as rushed if an appointment runs over or there is an unexpected delay.

I don’t feel it was above and beyond to be considered highly satisfied. I didn’t get much relief from the lower back pain that I’ve been experiencing on this massage.

My appointment was at noon and I went back to the room about 5 after, buy the time the massage started it was at least 10 after. I was getting dressed at 12:55. I was under the impression it was a 60 minute massage I had booked. Not 45 minutes.

Very nice spa and friendly staff.

My needs may be met more appropriately through my chiropractor's office. I will try the deep tissue massage and see how that works for me. The cost also is an issue as my insurance is not at this time covering the services and they will cover the chiropractor.
