My massage therapist Danny, has been amazing in keeping the appointments on schedule and he has never called out. He is very detail-oriented and especially goes over any particular issues I am having each time I see him. I decided to keep my membership after working with Danny. Prior it was like a revolving door with therapists constantly calling out for one reason or another or leaving all together. Danny is a true asset to Had and Stone in Mayfaire.

Jessica and Chelsey are both amazing. I always try to book with them. You must book ahead though as they are both busy, which is not surprising!

When I booked my appointment, I asked for Jessica since I always use her for my facials. She is very knowledgeable and professional and knows a lot about skin. When my appointment was booked, the receptionist put me with Hannah. Once I arrived for my appointment, I was not very pleased with this error. I went ahead and did the session with Hannah. She did a nice job, but I did not feel I received the same level of service.
