My therapist was excellent, he took his time with my massage and answering my questions. Very friendly and pleasant. I would love to come back and get the same therapist. Everyone was extremely nice,and I felt very comfortable.

The ONLY reason I am going to H&S is because of Jessica who does the facials. Without her, I would stop my membership

The main reason is Jessica who does my facials. She has been amazing and has helped my skin and head tension incredibly. The reception area has had a high turnover and everytime I’m there they are new and don’t know what they are doing.

This was my first facial and it was amazing! The esthetician was so nice and made my skin glow. She was very gentle and told me everything she was doing which was nice.

Massage helps to relieve soreness from workout s and old injuries.

The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming! I was very impressed with my therapist Wendy and the restroom was very clean which is always a plus! I'll definitely come back!
