Massage was wonderful like always. Just wish it was easier to use points as I have a lot and still was charged $10 extra for a deep tissue massage.

I almost always have a great experience when I come to hand and stone. During my last appointment, the receptionist did appear very sleepy and it took her a while to find my appointment, but other than that everything has been great

Checking in/Checking out is easy - the staff is very efficient and that makes for a great visit. This was my first facial at Hand and Stone and my therapist performance was exceptional. She explained the service as we proceeded giving me the benefits of each product used. Also, recommended future appointments and specific add-ons that I should consider. Every visit that I have had has been very good!
