JD listened to my needs and appropriately concentrated on those areas of concern. The only reason I won't necessarily return consistently is that I live out of the area and only come to Wilmington to visit my grandson.

We were greeted with smiles, only waited a short amount of time for our appointments, and had great experiences during the facial. Only complaint was the cost hike from the last time I received a facial. Seems to have gone up $19.99.
