The LE was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The LE was thorough explaining the procedure. Store was clean.

The receptionist was very professional, yet friendly and easy going making our Mother's Day relaxation day special and fun. I was explained the option of every other month for a membership and decided to go for it! Excited about my future sessions and even trying a facial! Tom was very nice about how he worked with my mom who was having her first massage ever to make her comfortable and allowed me to stay in the room while discussing her problem areas.

It was efficient . The staff were accommodating. My therapist was great and listened to my needs.

Laurel is the best massage therapist I have ever had. She knows exactly where my pain is and gets right to it. Her deep tissue massage breaks up my extremely hard knots wonderfully. I will continue to see Laurel on a regular basis.

Tom listened to my problem areas and adapted the massage to focus on these areas. He helped me relax and I quickly trusted him based on expressed knowledge of the the rotator cuff muscles. His work made me feel better than when I walked in the spa.
