Chelsea offered to give me a complimentary facial after I waited 30 minutes for a no show massage appointment.

Ronnie was an excellent therapist! She listened to my areas of concern and addressed them to my satisfaction. I have already recommended both Hand & Stone and Ronnie to my friend! The business is convenient to where I live and it is always clean and inviting.

Very easy check in process. Once called back, therapist was very friendly and made sure to ask all questions before starting. During massage she made sure i was comfortable all while taking her time to do a thorough job.

Tom is consistently great. I have noticed that the spa is usually booked up and it is hard to get an appointment dining the week in the evening. That would be my only negative is that the therapist that I like seem to move on. I hope Tom stays and you find more therapists that offer high quality services to work week evenings
