Michelle is amazing! She listens, comes up with a tailored facial for me and is extremely professional and polite. She has the perfect balance of warmth and friendliness while maintaining a very relaxing environment. I would recommend her to anyone!

I was 90% satisfied with the entire process. My only dissatisfaction was the fact that my therapist chatted with me the entire time not allowing me to take full advantage of the relaxation I was anticipating. The massage itself was very good and the therapist very nice but overly chatty. Sadly, I do not recall her name.

The easiness of checking in and booking my next appointment. My massage therapist, Tom, takes time each visit to understand the pain/discomfort I am having. He checks in with me throughout the massage to ensure my comfort. He is an amazing massage therapist.

When I walked into the spa for the first time, I was struck by the pleasant environment. The receptionist explained the fee structure with knowledge. She explained the benefits of the membership. When I came for my appointment, my therapist was on time. She was amazing!
