The desk staff are always friendly & quick to answer questions. My massage therapist is very personable & easy to talk to. He always asks in detail about the areas I’d like him to focus on.

Receptionist team was loud and very talkative while waiting for a "relaxing" appointment.

Michelle W and team are so wonderful. She always picks out the very best products and does amazing facials as well as the face massage as part of the treatment. I really love the front desk staff. They are patient and helped me look up information that I was unsure about.

Tom is very knowledgeable and worked on my shoulder that has been bothering me for a while. My shoulder is feeling much better and I hope after a few visits he will have it completely fixed.

Winnie does a terrific job of providing the experience I need on most given days. I wait all month for my massage, so there is considerable pressure on your facility to deliver. Although there have been moments of great disappointment in staff, overall, the facility delivers an excellent experience. Although, I would say that the price of microdermabrasion is not a good value for the money. Although it’s a great service/treatment, I do not get many at your practice due to the high cost.

First time Used Katie. She listened, concentrated on problem areas, and used pressure I asked for. Definitely would requesr her again. Lindsey who just left Hand was who I went to and she was always booked so I would have to wait until she had availability since I wanted her.

Massage therapist was very concerned with treating problem areas. Talked or didn't need to talk during treatment. Therapist took direction well.

Jami was very knowable and pleasant. Was very relaxed. Front desk was very nice and welcoming.
