The staff was very professional and the follow-up for my customer service questions were answered within 24 hours. This was done even though we have a major holiday weekend. I always recommend Hand & Stone to my friends and will continue to use your excellent services in 2020. Thank you.

The waiting room was very clean and nice to be in. The room that I received the facial was very relaxing and nice and I was comfortable the whole time. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered questions that I had.

The staff was very professional and kind! I really enjoyed my facial. The only thing I didn't love was the price, but I understand the these things are very expensive in general :)

As with any service provider, I expect professionalism. When it comes to health issues, I'm glad when that professionalism actually provides a sense of wellness. My experience so far seems to indicate a value of hiring the appropriate people.
