I have been extremely satisfied with the service that I have received from everyone at hand and Stone of Wilmington, NC. My aesthetician Rebecca is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in getting me to the goal of where I want to be in my overall facial experience.

It was easy to make an appointment over the phone. Jalen was very professional and listened to me regarding areas of concentration. Very pleased with everyone I dealt with prior to or during my appointment.

Everyone is very friendly—both the receptionists and the facialists. Everyone is knowledgeable and service is always great. Booking is simple and quick.

The reception area was very inviting. Jessica my massage therapist was extremely knowledgeable and performed an excellent job. The massage room was very warm and inviting

The staff is very welcoming and efficient. The masseuse is very nice and does a great job. The pressure was perfect and she was able to really work the muscles nicely.

Ease of making appointments

The esthetician was knowledgeable and ask questions regarding my skin. She provided a peaceful relaxing environment. She made product recommendations and wasn’t pushy.

April is fantastic and is very knowledgeable. She always addresses any issues I have and makes me feel very comfortable. I will schedule all my massages with her.
