Welcoming staff, appt on time, massage therapist very knowledgeable and professional, work on problem areas was awesome.

The reception staff was very friendly and the check in process was very easy. The reception staff was very kind to offer me water and made me feel very welcome. My aesthetician was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything she was doing to me and when she would do it. She asked me through the course of the facial how I was feeling and she just really made me feel welcome and at ease.

Masseuse was very knowledgeable and paid attention to the areas discussed, my pain was probably a 6 on a 10 scale coming in, after the massage maybe a 1. I will continue coming, as Lynnzee re-energizes my sore areas and overall relaxes me. Well done Hand and Stone!

I felt welcome upon entering . Therapist was professional, effective and very pleasant. I enjoy the music, bolster pillow & warmed bed. The massage was rejuvenating !! Thank you!
