Everything was good. The massage therapist really helped my sore spots.

The message therapist was the most knowledgeable I’ve used. He listened to my issues and took special care to address them. The massage pressure and specific locations were perfect.

I'd appreciate cutting back on the marketing emails. I just counted and this survey is the 10th email from Hand and Stone to date in the month of June only, excluding appointment reminder emails (so there were more than 10). Keep it up and you end up on my spam list and I'll never read another email.

I love going to Hand & Stone. The staff is friendly, the reception area is clean and inviting and I always leave happy that I took time from my busy schedule to get a massage. Laurel, my massage therapist, is the BEST!! I don't need a gently touch relaxation massage. I need a deep tissue, break up the stress knots and relieve my tight muscles massage. She gets deep into my problem areas and I always feel so much better when I leave. Her experience and knowledge of muscles and how to do a deep tissue massage is very appreciated. I have told many people about her.

Maddie made me feel really comfortable from the moment she brought me back. This was my first facial, and I had no idea what to expect, they don’t just wash and massage your face! Maddie actually pointed out my problem areas under a bright light and suggested a detox facial instead of the facial I scheduled that day. It was so much better for me! She spent so much time extracting my pores and massaged me down my arms. I was so impressed, I got a membership and will be going back every month for my choice of a massage or a facial.

Everything other than having to wait a month for appointment was good. Once I arrived staff and therapist were excellent. I do wish we didn’t have to wear a ask.
