I love going to Hand & Stone. The staff is friendly, the reception area is clean and inviting and I always leave happy that I took time from my busy schedule to get a massage. Laurel, my massage therapist, is the BEST!! I don't need a gently touch relaxation massage. I need a deep tissue, break up the stress knots and relieve my tight muscles massage. She gets deep into my problem areas and I always feel so much better when I leave. Her experience and knowledge of muscles and how to do a deep tissue massage is very appreciated. I have told many people about her.

Maddie made me feel really comfortable from the moment she brought me back. This was my first facial, and I had no idea what to expect, they don’t just wash and massage your face! Maddie actually pointed out my problem areas under a bright light and suggested a detox facial instead of the facial I scheduled that day. It was so much better for me! She spent so much time extracting my pores and massaged me down my arms. I was so impressed, I got a membership and will be going back every month for my choice of a massage or a facial.

Everything other than having to wait a month for appointment was good. Once I arrived staff and therapist were excellent. I do wish we didn’t have to wear a ask.

My membership has afforded me the opportunity to form a great relationship with my masseuse (usually Winifred or Lindsey). This means I don’t have to spend a lot of time describing my problem areas. These 2 ladies in particular have really helped improve the quality of my life and focus on self-care.

Tom is an outstanding massage therapist, whom I have been using for over a year. His knowledge and professionalism is the reason I keep returning to Hand and Stone.
