Mainly for the experience and the fact that it helped me physically relieve my stress and pain. The therapist did offer minimal advice to aid in things to do in between my sessions.

Jessica and Chelsey are both amazing. I always try to book with them. You must book ahead though as they are both busy, which is not surprising!

When I booked my appointment, I asked for Jessica since I always use her for my facials. She is very knowledgeable and professional and knows a lot about skin. When my appointment was booked, the receptionist put me with Hannah. Once I arrived for my appointment, I was not very pleased with this error. I went ahead and did the session with Hannah. She did a nice job, but I did not feel I received the same level of service.

Rebecca, my esthetician was fantastic. She remembered the needs I voiced from previous appointments. The atmosphere in the treatment area was quiet and relaxing. All staff were friendly and helpful.

H&S is very conscientious at calling me and letting me know my points and wanting to help with scheduling appointments. The therapists are great at targeting problem areas. Very pleasant environment!

Esthetician was professional, provided fantastic service and answers all my questions. She is always on time and is aware of any time constraints I might have. I highly recommend Rebekah!

April my massage therapist was great! She was helpful and very kind. The prenatal massage definitely helped me to relax and unwind. I thought $120 was a little much for a massage that wasn’t a full hour, since checking in, getting ready, etc is all in the one hour window of the appointment.

Devin was professional, friendly, and kind. He took the time to ask about my goals for my massage and he managed the time well. My shoulders feel so much better. I would be very happy to work with Devin again.

The staff was friendly and responsive. Received several reminder emails and texts, which was great. Therapist was knowledgeable and thorough. Utilized my time well; didn't have to wait long and got a full 50 minute massage.
