The sales lady Frances V. was amazing! She took the time to look for a ring size that I was looking to exchange for a while now. I was told previously by another associate to come in on that Tuesday because they would have gotten a delivery but unfortunately no delivery had arrived. Frances still looked to make sure there wasn’t any rings hiding around and got me one of the rings I needed. She’s did an over the top wow job wrapping and preparing the ring box for me even as they were getting ready to close.

You had everything I chose online that I wanted to purchase. You had a great Black Friday sale. Very nice & helpful employees
