The sales associates were very welcoming and helpful. I needed to exchange my bracelet for a bigger size and she made it very simple and easy.

Dejah was really nice , right as we walked in she asked if she can help us out with anything. She gave us a book that showed us rings. She also measured my finger and helped me out with ring then fixed my bend ring. And I left with a new ring for $40! Not bad at all.

I was highly satisfied with my visit because of how nice the employees were to me and how eager they were to assist me. The store is very clean but i wish it was bigger but the size of the store is perfectly fine. Really clean and beautiful.

I returned one of my charms that broke off my bracelet and even though it was a little over the timeline to accept this the salesperson was wonderful and exchanged and gave me a replacement. It meant a lot because my Son had given it to me. She was so wonderful I bought another charm!!

They returned my ring and were very nice about it.
