Great service. Prompt service. I knew what charms I wanted and the sales associate knew right where they were. I did buy one charm and then later realized I liked another one better and when I went back in to see if I could exchange it there was no problem at all.

I came into this location with my two small children. The associate Jessica was so patient and kind not only to myself but my son as well. She also helped me match rings and completed a second transaction after I couldn’t make up my mind. Thank Jessica for being so kind. In retail it isn’t everyday you find people in the mood for indesisive guests. Especially near the end of your shift.

The jewelry is beautiful and priced within reason. The sales associates are very helpful and polite, and know me by name. Highly satisfied with the store near me!!!
