Associate Juliana was patient and helpful showing me the items I was looking for. There were people waiting to get service but she took her time with me and I did not feel rushed. Probably want to have more associates working during this time of year. Positive experience !!

Upon arriving in the store a sales associate was right there to help me. She was knowledgeable about the product available and was able to access it very quickly. She brought out parts of the collection when I wasn't sure what I wanted and didn't rush me or push me towards any one item. The entire shopping experience was quick and easy.

I came to this particular pandora store because mt grandma wanted to buy me a ring, and i hadnt owned any yet and really wanted one. I was very happy with having a one on one conversation with an associate without interruption and appreciated the help i got. All my questions were answered, and i will be returning for christmas shopping:)
