I went with a friend my first time. she bought me a new item bangle bracelet. Attendants were excellent . So good I secretly sent my husband back to get my friend a ring she liked while we were at another store. And they remembered the size and item. My friend and I were impressed.

The Sales Associate Juliana was An Amazing Sales Associate, she was very friendly, Knowledgeable about the products I bought. I was in the store for awhile. I have issues with my back and hip. I asked her if She had a chair I can sit in. She went in the back and brought me out a Chair and I sat down. Grateful for the extra mile she went for me. I was able to take my time and look through the books. I bought 2 charms, she notified me that there would be card holder sale before Black Friday. So I will be going there today to shop. I wish there were more workers like her. I hope she is working today. Thank you for continuing great products in the Pandora Store.

The associate who assisted me was very knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I was looking for and gave tips for a long lasting product (I was buying a replacement because a previous charm broke).
