Went to Pandora at Holyoke Mall to participate in their sale "Spend $100 Get A Free Ring or Earrings". This was my second purchase with them. As soon as I went in I was greeted and assisted with my shopping. I bought a ring, set of earrings and got a gorgeous additional ring for Free! I just purchased my first pandora bracelet Galina's in Mohegan Sun Casino in conneticut. I decided I was going to buy my next few charms at the Pandora store as I felt it would probably have more variety. I was helped by Nicholas Silva the store manager who was very knowledgeable and recommended a brand new charm instead of the one I was going to purchase. Great customer service advised me of the guarantee policy on the bracelet and charms for a year....Put me on the email and mail list..Went above and beyond...Awesome store and awesome employee..I will only buy my Pandora at this store. I have my list made...

The sales person I was with was an amazing helper. I believe his name was Joey. He was extremely nice and I really enjoyed my visit.

The store assistant was very helpful. She showed me a great selection of bracelets to gift my mother. She took her time with me and was very friendly.
