The manager was very friendly and funny.

The sales person, Kimberly, was very help and knowledgeable. She helped me pick out the perfect bracelet for my Sister's Birthday.

The manger Francis, assisted ad greeted me once I entered the store. She was very pleasant and helpful. The transaction was quick but thorough!

I love the the signature charm , look so pretty on me. Love the rose gold combination on silver bracelet.

I was able to explain what I was looking for and the associate was quick to find it and give me options. She tried on multiple sizes to find the right fit. I like the small amount of noise in the store.

I didn’t realize the sales associate gave me the wrong color clips til I was home, an hour away..she was nice but made me feel rushed. She put my bracelet back on me backwards and upside down.

sales person was not friendly They do not answer the phone it goes straight to voicemail, I had been calling for days and had even left a voicemail but did not recieve a call back, Finally, I went to the store. As I arrived there were 2 sales people (not busy) and no customers in the store. I called the store while standing outside and it still went to voicemail.

We didn’t fiend exactly what’s we were looking for. We were hoping to find a specific type of earring. We did did a ring that I liked to we took that.

Between the amount of associates and the amount of clients, that location was too crowded. The associate that took care of me was very friendly, but at times would tend to assisting other associates while also dealing with me. This associate also did not inform me of any deals currently going on, as did another sales person I overheard upon entering the store.

The store did not have my size for my bracelet exchange but the associate was so helpful and was able to help me choose another bracelet.
