I was highly satisfied with my experience. The only issue i had, if any, would be that my size wasn't available in the original bracelet i was looking to purchase. Otherwise, it was a very good experience.

I was satisfied with the shopping experience. They didn’t have one of the items I wanted which I came there specifically for. But other than that they were great!

Items were purchased by grandmother for my daughters for Christmas in October. Went to pandora Holyoke MA day after Christmas for size exchange, was told exchange was past time,I argued that it was Christmas present - in box since purchase not worn, rep said will let it slide this time but won’t be honored next time.....not a great policy if items are being purchased for Christmas, doesn’t pay to shop early????

I had purchased a rose gold bracelet, once I returned home I was unable to put it on by myself. After trying several times, I decided to return it for the next larger size. Sales staff was insistent that this was the correct size due to the fact bracelet could stretch. I had done research online and knew what I wanted. Felt that I wasn't being listened too.

I was hoping a few more charms were part of the sale. The associate handed me a leaflet to browse through for sale items and I thought all the merchandise was on sale, instead only the items with a dot were which were not very many.

The books used to find the charms are not easy to read. The pictures are small and the categories are not clear. This slows the checkout process due to there not being bar codes attached to the charms
