Pandora Jewelry

There was a long wait with only 2 people working . One lady was with one customer the whole time i was there . Other lady that was there help out about 5 people .

this is the third time I have been to your store to have my pandora jewelry cleaned & pick up merchandise. the pick up process was fine but I was told they only clean jewelry Monday through Thursday...Yesterday was Wednesday & they refused to clean it...I am very dissapointed with the Holyoke Mall store

I was not satisfied with a couple of the associates they were rude we was asking to look at stuff in the displays and they seem like they didnt want to help for whatever reasons.

i walked into pandora with intentions of opening a credit card , before i walked in i was very uncomfortable because the pandora staff was having a conversation being very loud & cursing. i didn't want to interrupt them, finally someone assisted me. Her name was Kim, i felt like i was rushed.

The lady that took care of us, ignored me and was very rude I would go back but never deal with this lady ever again. She was rude, slow and did not know what she was doing

The ladies in Holyoke mall pandora had no personalities and very rude!

I have had issues with rings that keep losing the little zirconia. The store did not have the size available and because the ring had been purchased more than 30 days ago they would not have it shipped to me. Rather I need to keep calling the store to find out when the ring will be in. Not only is there a quality issue with these rings but Pandora does not make it easy on the customer to make things right. Poor customer service.

It took the associate for ever to come and help me once I did receive the help I found her to be rude and rush me through my purchase and didn’t seem to know much of the item. When I asked a question about different sizes in the rings she was extremely rude in her response. I honestly will probably never return to the store. Definitely not recommending anyone to go there.

Waiting to long not even being knowledge merchandise was everywhere store was to small to walk tru employees went on break while we was waiting without telling us no good customer services in this store never go there again
