Placed online order and needed to return. As per instructions on online receipt, I traveled out of town to nearest pandora store. Upon arriving, they informed me in store returns on online merchandise is not accepted, and i can only exchange. The online receipt wording should be changed immediately

The workers seem unknowledgeable of the product they’re selling. A woman who looked older had a disgusting attitude and shuts people down meaning she makes assumptions that are clearly not correct. I’ve came into the Holyoke Mall pandora because I love the products but the workers always have an attitude and seem as if asking them a question bugs them. The store is little why have three workers focus on one customer ?

I decided that I did not like my bracelet and wanted to return it. I was told that I could not return it as it was a sale item and final purchase. The salesgirl did not tell me it was a final purchase at the time of sale and argued with me when I was there to return it. I never would have made the purchase if I knew it was a final sale. The manager did nothing to assist other than telling me it was policy and gave me a customer service 800 number that I have yet to talk to the correct person. No where in the store on any of the sale signs does it say final sale. The manager told me it is on the sales receipt - but that does not do me any good as you don't get your sales receipt until after you pay the items that you are not allowed to return.

Elizabeth treated me so unfairly from the moment I told her I would like a price adjustment she snatched my charms from me and threw them on the counter. She was very unfriendly she said she has to get me out of her store. I remained calm the whole time and told her all I would like to do is receive a price adjustment on one order there was a 10% discount applied and she said she couldn’t because it was already discounted this is why I asked her if she could return those items so I could repurchase it. Instead she said “ no I don’t think you understand what I’m saying” and I said maybe we should just take a moment and she told me not to talk to her like that. I never said anything wrong to her. I never even raised my voice at her. She messed up my bracelet she threw my charms and I’m just so sad because my daughter set my bracelet up for me and now it is messed up. The fact that I had to walk through Holyoke crying and shaking to get back to my car because I was unable to do anything else after that is upsetting.

The person who assisted me was exceptionally rude. when I asked for the manager she would not give me her name nor would she assist me over the phone. She then proceeded to talk over me and tell me that I cannot help you and immediately hung up the phone on me during my customer assistance call

I asked the associate to clean my charms, she responded with that’s how they are supposed to look because they’re sterling silver and engraved. I then asked her to look up my Pandora card, which she responded with we cannot do that. Finally, I asked her to put my information in since they were using the KPI system and she told me they do not do that either.

I when to clean my Pandora the associate explain because covid they can’t to do it but still they did the associate can back to me telling me the my Charms where not Pandora which I know they are so she gave an attitude and told me the they where not but I was wondering If they charm are unique she should tell where there are or not and I know they are

Associate had a very nasty attitude, even though she opened the store late I still asked if she would appreciate a couple of minutes and she said the door is open what do you need.... very nasty. Will not return this location I actually wanted to swap the bracelet for a charm which she didn’t not offer to order since she did not have it in store. She did not offer the pandora card she barely wanted to offer her assistance bad way to start the work day and she left a bad taste in my mouth.
