The manager and sales associates treated me like I was a criminal because my bracelet was defective and I didn’t have my receipt. Ultimately they did the exchange but made me feel like I was a criminal in the process. I was completely discriminated against and Frances the assistant manager implied I purchased my bracelet on amazon. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. I will never set foot in that store or another pandora again. Ever.

Her name was Kimberly. I felt rushed with her. She was inattentive and continued to talk and laugh with other staffs. When I say inattentive, for example when I would ask a question regarding about a product and if the phone rings, her attention immediately shifts to the phone instead of me.She was wasting my time by answering the phone instead focusing on me, the customer. When her attention finally shifts back to me, I sensed that her attitude towards me felt like she didn't wanna help me; making me feel rushed and uncomfortable. The service wasn't good. I've had better results. The product was good, I'm more concerned with the service.

Staff attitude is not positive, I waited so long, about 30 minutes. They look at me with the bad look, I didn’t feel comfortable. Althought I had bought over $400 over there. I think that I never come to Pandora again.
