I was taking care of very quickly. I was able to return a product easily. I was helped in picking a ring. I was giving multiple options and enough time to chose.

My order came really fast!!! I was not experienced that, however I’m so satisfied with everything. The one problem I had was sizing so I went in store for an exchange and my god the woman that assisted me was so kind and welcoming. She helped me out and was so nice to me. Beth is always so helpful. I get so lucky every time we go to the mall. She happens to be there. Beth makes shopping at Pandora breeze. She knows all of the merchandise like the back of her hand. I can trust her judgement and style. She makes Pandora the best store to shop at. Especially with all of these Covid restrictions!

Lizely was extremely helpful. She came to the line offering catalogs so people can start looking and picking what they were going to buy. I asked her a question while at the line and she proactively took care of my problem. She exchanged a bracelet that I bought online that was too big for me for a smaller size. Once I went inside, she patiently showed me all the items I asked for and was super sweet and helpful. Thank you Lizely for a great experience ☺️
