Store manager not available to help and I was instructed to come into the store 2 days later. This presents a major imposition. Needed to return a ring with a missing stone however the size I needed was not available in the store. Store assistants where not able to call anyone for assistance nor mail me a replacement ring. Tried to call Pandora corporate however they were not available on weekends. Very dissatisfied.

I lost a charm in the store when the lady put in the new one charm,I call to the store and let the Know what happen no body call back.

The sales associate had no knowledge of the merchandise or where the merchandise was. The constant unlocking and locking of cabinets was irritating. Just let the customers see the merchandise.

The assistant mgr had no knowledge of the merchandise or it's location. She was highly incompetent and kept asking another associate for assistance.

The associate Kathy did not give me back my change. It was only a few cents but she was too distracted by drawing a heart on my receipt with her name. She had good service skills but I was disappointed in her lack of attention to detail during the transaction. I would look into this behavior as there may be fraud going on in your store. This is how fraud begins small transactions turn into large transactions and missing inventory. - I am a fraud accountant.

The sales associate was very disorganized. I did research on what I was looking for and she was trying to give me options that I wasn't looking for. The associate kept misplacing some of the jewelry and it made me nervous that I would be charged incorrectly or possibly accused of something being lost or put in the wrong place. I have never had an experience quite like this. I had to travel an hour away to go to the store because I wanted to see the product before purchasing. The othe associates in the store seemed to have to help this person.

Clark was rude and nasty couldn’t find the merchandise I was trying to exchange and very unknowledgeable of prices and when new quantities were coming in

The sales associate rolled her eyes at me, ignored what I wanted, and walked away from me into the back room. The associate told me she couldn’t give me the warranty because she didn’t attach my purchase to my account. I politely asked her to just return the purchase and let me buy the $100 pair off earrings so it can be attached to my account. The associate said she won’t do it.
