Your employees are rude and won’t even look at me when I walk in. This was the second time I wasn’t provided service:) I’m aware I’m 22 years old but I do have money to spend obviously why I’m there :)

I hate that you have to wait for the sales associate to pull trays out to see the merchandise. And they are not organized in any way that makes any sense. You should have all the beads displayed.

Pandora stores are normally full esp. in Christmas season. The stores should prepare for this. The staff need to be more knowledge on products and help create a nicely designed charm bracelet

I had to wait outside although the store was not crowded until I was “allowed to go in”. Second, the sales associate was not knowledgeable and took forever to find the bracelet I wanted. She then picked out the wrong bangle which turned out to be not on sale. The one I wanted was on sale. Bottom line - I live in Northern Virginia and have gone to the Tyson’s and Fair Oaks stores numerous times. This was the worst service I ever received at a Pandora store by far. I told my cousin to not go to this store as she is also from out of town. The manager should have waited on customers and not jus served as gate keeper. I had to wait 15 minutes on a bum knee.

The sales associate did the very best she could under the circumstances! The stores checkout process is not only laborious, time consuming, and inefficient. It is so frustrating, I doubt very much whether I will buy from the store again. The computer froze up at least four times during checkout, trying to find the sku for various charms took an inordinate amount of time some which could not even be located. My 88 year old mother was with me and she could not stand at the counter for the time checkout took. Many times people will come into the store to buy a gift during a busy day and they do not expect to spend an 1 and a half making a purchase. Please take the time to examine this issue.

Tried to exchange a charm that broke. Was told that charm was not in stock and could not exchange it for one of equal or lesser value.

The sales lady had no knowledge of the product she couldn't answer any question she didn't look like she took a lot of concerned about her job she was real nonchalant. When you buy Pandora you expect a cell person that knows the product knows what is made of knows where it come from she can't even tell me what type of metal it was made from and then try to find out from another salesman she just gave you what you wanted and run you up I found this to be unacceptable for Pandora store need to hire better salesperson that take pride in their job and learn the product

Salesperson was unknowledgable and quite disinterested in trying to locate the item I wanted. I had to continue to offer suggestions on how to look for the earring as I was told on the phone that you had them. She was quite inefficient as well. The return/exchange took WAY too long.

There never seems to be enough staff available at this location and the sales staff seemed overwhelmed with their work.
